Overview
The EBBTech Professional Fellowship Program is a leadership-focused development experience designed for graduate students, emerging professionals, and experienced individuals interested in organizational strategy, operational leadership, workforce development, consulting, and nonprofit/business infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Support operational assessments and workflow reviews
- Assist with strategic planning initiatives
- Develop organizational systems and resources
- Support leadership development projects
- Build operational dashboards and implementation tracking
- Participate in client strategy discussions
- Support organizational and workforce development projects
- Create process documentation and operational recommendations
- Support executive-level planning and coordination
