Overview

The EBBTech Professional Fellowship Program is a leadership-focused development experience designed for graduate students, emerging professionals, and experienced individuals interested in organizational strategy, operational leadership, workforce development, consulting, and nonprofit/business infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational assessments and workflow reviews
  • Assist with strategic planning initiatives
  • Develop organizational systems and resources
  • Support leadership development projects
  • Build operational dashboards and implementation tracking
  • Participate in client strategy discussions
  • Support organizational and workforce development projects
  • Create process documentation and operational recommendations
  • Support executive-level planning and coordination
